I provide psychological assessment and therapy for individuals experiencing anxiety, panic, PTSD and trauma-related difficulties, stress and burnout, low mood, perfectionism, emotional regulation difficulties, relationship challenges, identity concerns, and life transitions.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and evidence-based, drawing from ACT, CBT, Schema Therapy, IFS, and psychodynamic approaches to support each person’s unique needs and goals.

I am intentional about my own wellbeing so I can bring my best self to supporting yours.

Outside of work, I love cooking, walking my dog on the beach, spending time with friends and family, and camping around our beautiful country.

Following your enquiry, you will be contacted via email with an initial intake form to help ensure I am the most suitable psychologist for your needs. I am also available for a phone call prior to our first appointment if that would help you feel more comfortable.
